Failure isn’t fatal!

Some of histories greatest success stories began due to failure. Thomas Edison put the classic spin on the topic when he said “I have not failed many thousand times creating the light bulb, I simply found thousands of ways it would not work.

We tend to look at failure as the end but as long as we are still breathing it is a chance to evaluate and shift directions. If we have an attitude of persistence we will prevail. If you take a hammer and smash it against a rock and the rock does not break should you quit? If you persist eventually the rock breaks. Was it the last hit against the rock that smashed the stone or the frequent number of blows?

Failure must be viewed as part of the journey. Set goals that are congruent with your mission and values. Remain laser beam focused on the target. Go win and win big!

We become what we think about. Earl Nightingale
